    Your headphones come with a 1 year warranty and we would be happy to replace your defective headphones for you. We usually reply to all e-mails within 24 hours, so if you are not getting a response, it's possible that our e-mail replies are not getting back to you. Please send us an e-mail at assist@v-moda.com or support@v-moda.com and we will glady replace your headphones with the newly designed plug Vibe Duos.
